GENERAL COMMUNITY RULES

This is a community for fanworks and discussion of femslash ships and female characters in the RvB fandom.

This community is for femslash. This community is NOT for fanworks and discussion centered around male characters and ships with male characters. There is a main Red vs. Blue community, motherofinvention, where all characters and ships are are welcome! (If a work has background or brief mention of non-femslash ships, that's okay, but the focus should be F/F ships and female characters.)

This community is DON'T LIKE, DON'T READ. There will be things here you don't like. It's your responsibility to read the tags, the description, and the warnings and decide whether you want to proceed. All F/F ships in Red vs. Blue are allowed here regardless of how obscure, unlikely, out-of-character or problematic they may be.

By joining or subscribing to this community, you agree that you have accurately reported your age on your dreamwidth account and that you will not view posts marked 18+ if you are under 18.

Please DO post your F/F fanworks here! You can post them even if they're old! Not everyone will have seen your work and the community is happy to have more content.

Please use AO3's content rating system (General, Teen, Mature, Explicit).

For all posts, be sure to use Dreamwidth's Age Restriction feature on your posts as needed. Any fanwork that would be rated "Mature" on AO3 should be marked "Viewer Discretion Advised" with the reason listed. Any fanwork that would be rated "Explicit" (due to explicit sexual content or very graphic violence) should be marked "18+".

The following content warnings are required. Any other warnings may be given at the author's discretion.
- Noncon/Dubcon
- Underage (meaning under-18 characters in sexual situations)
- Child Abuse
- Incest
- Graphic Violence
- Major Character Death

Please use the cut feature for any NSFW content (including sexual content and graphic violence or gore) and any text post over 300 words. Fanfics may include an excerpt of up to 300 words above the cut if desired, but anything above the cut must be SFW.

Please don't spam! We want to see your fanworks, but if you have a backlog you'd like to post here, please post no more than one per day so people have a chance to see them and enjoy them!

If you're posting meta, please expect and invite discussion! Understand that people will have differing views and interpretations of canon. Feel free to share headcanons, but don't expect or demand that everyone immediately adopt them.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

Please don't offer critique of posted fanworks unless the creator requests it. If a creator requests critique, constructive criticism may be offered in the comments or privately.

Please do join in on meta conversations! Be civil, be willing to agree to disagree, and don't take differing interpretations of canon personally.

Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated here. This includes sexism, racism, homophobia, bi/panphobia, transphobia, aphobia, ableism, religious bigotry, etc. Discourse about who belongs in the LGBTQA+ community is not allowed here. Mod reserves the right to insta-ban for this stuff. Don't do it.

In discussion posts and comments, please avoid controversial topics like real-life politics and religion. Keep discussions fandom-based.

This is not a role-playing community. If you want to roleplay as a character, please find another space for that.

Don't be an asshole. Don't engage in personal attacks. Don't ship-bash (saying you don't ship it or it squicks you is fine; saying the ship is bad and shippers should feel bad is not). Don't attack a person's character or make callout posts based on their tastes in fiction. Don't ask that people justify those tastes by disclosing personal information. Don't misgender people. Don't reveal people's real names or locations. Don't post or send people hate mail, flames, threats, or suicide-baiting—anonymously or otherwise. Don't post screenshots of people's journals. Don't post information from friends-locked posts.

Mod reserves the right to delete posts and comments without warning for engaging in any of the above or generally crossing the asshole line. Mod reserves the right to bring down the banhammer for repeated infractions.
